The Northway project is centred at Northway Junction, Alaska, located approximately 400 kilometres from Fairbanks along the Alaska Highway, or 65 kilometres west of the Canadian border. The project consists of approximately 185,000 acres of land under lease from Doyon, Ltd., and Northway Natives Inc., and located within the Tanacross Mining District. The Northway property is locally accessible by winter trails and minor roads which provide access for ATVs or tracked vehicles, though much of the property requires helicopter access. Terrain is moderate and amenable to road building, with elevations ranging from 520 metres to 945 metres.
